Jammed up my chainsaw

I hadn't use my chainsaw for the last 7 to 8 months and that's why it jammed up. The chain is rusted. How can I fix it perfectly? I had a manual sharpener but I had lost it somehow and I can't remember the model yet. Please help

as for the stuck chain, loosen it up a bit, work the links loose from the bar, run it for a short time without cutting, should knock all the rust and gunk out of the bar and free up the chain again. or if its real bad, chains are cheap
