Im running a troybilt 27 ton with a honda engine.
It leaks some when Im really pushing it."Oak knots and hard stuff".
Is this normal? Ive only added half a quart of oil in two years..
Oh by the way I love it!

It shouldnt leak at all. getting blown out the breather is one thing but leaking from a fitting or cylinder is another. It doesnt sound that bad if thats all the oil you have used. Do you know where its coming from? Oh Im jealous of you and your splitter also. I want one.

might just need a new seal kit for your cylinder but your not leaking enough to worry about. sounds like a good downtime project. they take about an hour for a first timmer to install.
