Mac 7-10a clutch question

A few weeks ago I picked up a 7-10a that had the clutch removed, but was in a bag along with the needle bearing and two washers. It was a spur sprocket that came with it. The ipl's that I have seen only have a rim sprocket. When I tried to put the chain on I couldn't get it on, it kept getting stuck between the clutch and the muffler. The only way to get the chain on was to remove the sprocket. The parts that came with the saw looked different from what I have seen, the washers and the nut were different. Did the wrong clutch come with the saw? Any help would be appreciated.

Do the two washers (spacers?) go on the crank first, then the bearing, then the clutch and the nut? They seemed to fit in the recess in the spur.
