The handles are interchangeable on my 064 and 660. If your 064 has the angled handlebar/brake handle, it might be helpful to look for an ms660 wrap as well. Page 80 in the maddens catalog still lists one for the 660.

Make your own. Better looking than Madsen's wrap, and works with the 064 brake handle. I also like the angle better than the factory wrap handle. Just sayin.

I thought you could still buy them new.
If your talking about the Madsens wrap then no. I got one of the last 064/066 wraps from them last June. Shortly after that they were sold out of all of them. There no longer being made due to illnes of the guy that was making them. Wish someone else could get the tooling and start making them again!
