making of a pipe

What's the determining factor in what rpm the pipe gets designed for. I'm sure a lot more goes into it than just deciding on an rpm but that's all my pea sized brain can compute at this point...after seeing that screen shot:laugh:

about 500rpm more then on muffler, if the pipe runs over that, then you need to make another pipe 500rpm over the first one. and so on.
 
All of his saws we got to run were very impressive. The ones that were really neat were his 2 little jonsered's.those thing for 50cc saw's were unbelievable. I have 266 ported and I think that 2152 I think it was had as much or more than it.he is very knowledgeable and nice man to speak with.

that pipe will allow the saw to turn into 2stroke scavenging engine i believe
should give more rpm, better fuel economy and my guess lower overall engine temperature
good job
i wonder if it will last like an ordinary saw ?
im also guessing it puts alot stress and wear on piston, piston ring and cylinder wall ?
