It is a very nice saw for a very good price, but I think it is competing with the 661 Frenzy or it would have sold already.

If I was buying a saw I'd rather have a ported 064 than a new stock 661. But that's just me!

You may be correct, but I think I would need to run them side by side to really know. That 661 is getting a lot of attention, and good reviews.
