I have a pro mac 10-10 with 16" bar. I need a new chain so I found this:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/22221585875...0555447e710&bu=43186121744&cp=1&sojTags=bu=bu
Question is my original chain has 60 drive teeth, 370 stamped on them. 3/8 .050.
When I contacted the seller they said this chain only has 59 drive links. So I don't know if they miscounted or what but I thought for sure this was the OE chain for my saw. Anyone with any knowledge with old mccullochs I would sure appreciate some help.

Welcome.
If the chain you have fits properly, replace it exactly - 3/8 .050 60 Drive Links. Eg: Oregon 72LGx060G = Full Chisel, 72DPX060G = Semi Chisel.
Most old McCullochs use D176 mount. Mac 10-10 may have a more narrow bar option in the D176 mount that takes 59 DL.
It's more accurate to study your bar and chain than model # when replacing those items.

Thanks, I bought that chain after research that Mcculloch didn't make a 59 tooth chain for a 16" bar. Got it and it had 60 drive links so perfect fit original new chain. The guy that was selling counted 3 times and said 59 teeth.

Yep these guys nailed it. If you do come across a 59 DL chain some bars will fit it and others won't. I've used 59 DL chains on my huskys in a pinch.
