Met another member today

I was traveling through Lincoln, NE today and had the chance to meet Jerry (Sprintcar). We had a nice visit in his office near the airport, I got to see a few dozen really nice small jets, then we went to a local shop to see two old saws Jerry cleaned up and put on display there for the "experienced" guys to see and remember.

It took him about 15 minutes to carve out that labrador using only the Wright and a fingernail file...

They guys in the shop even gave me a nice Tee shirt, now I am a Small Engine Specialist, it say so on the shirt.

I agree, if the shirt say so....has to be fact . Nice pictures of the saws and the lab. Also, nice carving for the tools you mention.

Yep, the shirt says so, so I know it's true. I learned more in talking to Mark in two hours about McCullochs than I ever knew before. Got the chance to see his 550 and 250, great saws. Next visit lunch and supper is on me.

Door is open in Atlanta also. Maybe I can get a day off work next time. I need to start doing more visiting when I travel. I have been trying to get up there to Thall's place for two months now.
