Another beautiful day in central VT and all the excuse I needed to get back to the woodlot. A day like this is a gift day and I'm sure we'll pay for it soon. My nephew came to help and we sawed until the 066 died. We decided to sticker up what we had cut and left it at that. The spruce are dying in my woodlot and the balsam blew over. I used to just let it rot - now I cut it up and use it for any number of projects. I suspect that this will be used for a shed to protect some of my machinery.
