MS170 bogging and solution

I just was messing with a 170 that bogs and found the solution. That intellicarb nozzle does not slide into the airbox very well. I had to pull the carb out away from the intake, then I could get the nozzle and O ring to seat into the box with a little lube. It seems the box hits the plastic above the carb and wont let that little nozzle and O ring on the carb slide into it's place with the carb up against the intake. What a crappy setup IMHO. Once I got the carb nozzle and air box mated good the saw ran great. I have no idea why this problem affects the carb but it does.
 
I was just playing with a 170 that bogs at wide open. Just like it was running out of fuel. I took the carb off and cleaned in, but never did find the problem. I'll look again now that I've seen this. Thanks!
