Want to Buy Ms390 kit

I hope I'm in the right place, as joe dirt famously said "I'm new, I don't know what to do!." Anywho, I got an ole stihl 039 I'm trying to revive because, well I'm bored. I've been searching high and low and sideways for a meteor or hyway kit for this saw or even an oem new/used at decent price. I can't find jack anywhere except straight from hyway in taiwan and that will probably take a year to get here, what's the deal on that? I'd be interested if anyone has one that I could check out.

How bad is the original cylinder? If it has aluminum transfer it can be cleaned up.
