My Aching Back

i blew my back out several years ago and have degenerative disk desease so i kneel down on 1 knee as much as possible. If i can roll it to load i do. I do as little lifting as possible. With a $52,000 hip i have to be even more carefull

I remodeled my bathroom last year, and I installed a nice tub. One word for after cutting: Jacuzzi!

I'm 51 and am very careful with my back also. I bought a bobcat with a grapple, hired a young buck, and built a conveyor. Work smart not hard and live to work another day I always say.
