Those saws are usually easy to adjust. If you have to adjust much on it you still have something wrong with it. Maybe an air leak somewhere or a dirty carburetor.
What do you want for an oil cap and fuel filter?I have all kind of parts for those saws
I usually take the carb apart and dip parts in carb cleaner then rinse parts in hot water then blow dried with compressed air.I think the carb is clean i sprayed it out with seafoam spray while running the throttle. Could be an air leak, I didnt change the crank case gasket.
