Nate do you heat the muffler rim when you open it and reseal it??

yep. clamp the muffler in the vise. take a torch and heat the crimp up. same thing to fold the crimp back closed.
 
Never mind i got it. There is only one according to the parts list. Got the cylinder cover. Had to drill hole for the decomp and got it slightly off center of course. I'll upgrade to the hd filter set up at some point. Still no carb or exhaust on it lolimage.jpg
 
How hard does the clutch drum go on? I put the clutch in and then the drum went on hard. Put some bar oil on the shaft and bearing. It turns really hard, like it can't be done by hand. The clutch and shaft spin freely inside the drum. It also appears the drum isn't down quite all the way. Barely enough to get the clip on. Am I missing something here? Brake is not engaged and the band is not contacting the drum.
