Correct Mark, it has the big cumbersome wrap around brake handle.

This one has clearance for decomp. Do they all?

No, not all of them have the decomp clearance. Does your saw actually have one, or does it just happen to have the decomp compatible cover? I have one decomp compatible cover that I might be willing to part with as the saw that it is on has no compression. However, it is the standard flag style chain brake lever... not the wraparound style.
