The one I did had been ported before......not real well either. We straightened it out. :msp_wink:

The muffler took longer to deal with than expected. I wanted it completely gutted.

Cut the baffle out & matched the opening to the cyl.

I removed the outlet restricter so the hole is just a tad smaller than the screen.

One of the finishing touches was to drill a hole in the top cover for the decomp valve.
