I'm looking at a Husqvarna 61 and in the photos I'm seeing what looks like blistered paint. All the covers on my 55 are just colored plastic. I'm new to this game and not familiar with these saws. What is going on?

I looked at it in person a while ago and what I saw in the photos was nothing but WD40 or something sprayed on sawdust. The brake band was broken, which gave me some leverage to negotiate the price.
It is a very nice saw, runs like a champ and yes, it followed me home.
