Evening all.....been around the site for a year or so and have said very little, but listened a lot. But...I come to you now with a question. Quick background....I love to scrounge free firewood and have developed a nice little "fence row" of a wood pile in the back yard. I usually need a saw 2-3 times per year to buck the logs I scrounge and I've always had to beg and borrow a saw from my friends.
Yesterday, I happened across a brand new, never used Remington Rebel Saw. (RM4218) 42cc and 18' bar. $100...did i mention it's still sealed in the box. Anyway, I thought I'd come to the experts and ask for some feedback regarding this particular saw. Thanks guys...you opinions and expertise are greatly appreciated.
