Round # 2 - Groundmen vs. Bucketmen

i was just reading a bit there on the thread about groundies vs. bucket men...and i work for my self with a few other guys...so i dont no the normal pay

but what is the differnce in pay between a groundie and bucket man...

i know groundies are paid the least, work until they drop...and that is just the way it goes

what is the standard rate of pay

I got paid in the $10-$12 range, and the guy in the bucket usually also was a climber so he was getting double my rate, give or take.

around here groundies make $9 to $12 depending on their experience, if they can only chip brush and basic clean up then it's on the lesser side but if they know the ropes (so to speak) then they can make more, some also get paid by the day anywhere from $75 to $125 a day or per the job.

The groundies in Oklahoma gets paid NOTHING!!! Oh, i guess since we own the equipment it was our first goal to get everything paid off!!
