Evin, does your new muffler require you to wear hearing protection? Sometimes I have to cut in residential areas so I'm waying my options.

I only noticed a slight noise increase due to my modification. For the last year I have used ear protection as it seems the wise thing to do. It is still quieter than my leaf blower.
