Pulling is nothing more than how you get the power to the ground, you can have 700 hp and get out pulled by a 60 hp tractor.
When I got out of HS that used to be popular, A good friend of mine bought a new 95' ext.cab Chevy 3/4 ton with a 350. It was the most gutless POS you could imagine, it's balls must have fell off at teh factory floor, but anyhow it was a pulling machine, everyone he hooked to would start spinning and wheel hopping and get pulled backwards, his truck had enough power to keep the wheels in a foward motion. He thought it was bas as hell, until you hooked a real trailer to it and started down the highway at 70 mph. It really showed what a joke of a truck it was.
