I have the book & have actually read it (it's a serious PITA to read), but have been too cheap to pay what the movies sells for. Seems the VHS release is considerred a collectabile, & I'm not comfortable buying the bootleg DVD (which I eventually will do when I see a dirt cheap price-shame on me). Sorry for the hijack.
