Had a sprocket failuire on my new 346xp this weekend. It was the rim type with 2 peices. Upon visual inspection it looked like the cog weld seperated away from the outer clutch housing. It happened when the saw got it's first hard cut into a 19" dia red oak. The saw is under warranty luckly. Have others had this happen. I'm thinking the saw is just to damm fast!

Brian,

Sounds like you have been having too much luck with saws lately. Good luck with that PP346, you got it yet?
