I have a Stihl 026 that dies when I disengage the chain brake. It otherwise starts and runs fine. If I give it a little blip of gas when I disengage the break, it often will not die. Right now I just run it with the chain break off the whole time. I've cleaned the carb and air filter, and played with the jets. They are currently on factory settings. Any guesses?

Thanks

Most likely an air leak in the manifold. When you pull the chain brake it flexes the saw body against the handle. But it should also happen when you lean on it...so it could be something else.
