stihl 036 or 038

Since everyone is talking about these two saws. I came across a stihl 038 AV magnum II chainsaw 20" bar and chain for $300. Is this a good deal?

As said, YES if it runs well. The 038M, at 72cc, shouldn't even be compared with the standard 038 and 038S. IMO.
