Couple questions here on torque when assembling the clutch on an 041 that I'm restoring.
1. The center part which seperates the weights threads down on the crank. How tight do you tighten it against the inner washer?
2. How tight do you tighten the outter nut against the outter washer?
Thanks!

Been awhile since I looked at my 041. I typically just hand tighten the clutch and use a socket to tighten the nut. I use a rope in the cylinder to lock the piston.

I use a clutch wrench to tighten the clutch and tighten the nut with a socket like redunshee. I get it just good and tight. However, the book calls to tighten the nut at 29.4 Nm (3.0 kpm), Good luck getting her going again and I have a few 041 parts laying around if you may need something.
