Displacement has never changed on the 044/440.

1 cc = 0.0610237441 cubic inches, 70.7 cc = 4.314 cubic inches, so no , not 4.000 ci

as far as I know,they have always been 4.3 ci.The 038 Magnum was actually bigger,at 4.4 ci
