Stihl 066 what have I bent?

What have I done? Back case cover not lining up...

You didn’t bend anything. My guess is AV bushings are ready for replacement.

I see the problem. One bushing severe wear and the other not so much.

Sometimes the spine from the fuel tank end to the very front of the oil tank can get a bit bent also.

The top handle can also get bent and do this. But in most cases it's the AV rubbers that are worn out or the spine has a kink in it like Jerry said

Took a better look at bushings on bottom and they look ok, not a 100% about it. Top handle looks ok. Spine?

It supports the AV rubbers under the oil tank. A full pict of the bottom of the saw is needed, full length from rear handle to front of saw.

The replacement Farmertec av rubber kit is considered by many to be superior to oem. Reasonable cost too

Trying to get a better look at what's wrong. How to get shroud cover off?
Does the Shroud cover have a screw I'm not seeing or are things just jammed up because of the issue in question?

I called that a bushing. I don't think so. I think there is something damaged. I don't think the bushings are worn but possibly damaged?
Where to look?

Bushing looks ok. Easier to pull the two out on the clutch side, and then pull the two on the flywheel side. One is under the starter cover can’t miss them. Pull the plastic plug out, back the T27 out and then pry the rubber bushing out. Inspect for ripping or to see if they are not seated right. Only other one is the little one that screws in the crank case between the tank. They aren’t that expensive I’d just replace if you never have and keep the good ones for spare.
