Stihl MS441c! Are they good saws?

I have an opertunity to buy a MS441c. Compression is great, piston looks good but some how the clutch side case got a hole punched in it. He has OEM bearings and gaskets/seals and an OEM clutch side case for it. My question is what is a good price to pay for the lot and are they an all around good saws? Once fixed what is the resale market in these saws like?
