It's new other than having been fired up and cut enough with to tune the carb, spark arrestor removed, wiped off and put back in the box. The sprocket tells the story, hardly a mark on it. The carb adjustment limiters have been set to allow what I think is sufficient range to adjust leaner and richer from it's current cold weather tune. Usually the factory sets them so you can only adjust leaner. It runs well, I haven't needed it, so in the box it has sat.
