I've been waiting 3yrs for a donor fuel tank.
I'll buy it without the fuel tank. Or do a part trade for the one I posted a pic of. It does have a couple of small cracks, though.

What part(s) are you looking for?
Umm... basically everything that you don't see in the picture, except I do have a 3/4 wrap and tall clutch cover, and another spare (broken) tank/handle with the trigger parts, new Meteor piston and POS (but useable when MM is done with it, I hope) ported cylinder...
I still need...
Recoil, plastics, carb, muffler & heat shield, and possibly some hardware.
A whole parts saw would make my life so much easier. Thank you for the reply!

This saw turned out to be an 044C
That's cool, but what does it mean? Besides having an automatic choke...

12mm serial # with angled fins and early fly wheel.
Piston is toast.
Hard to tell without taking her top off, but from the looks of the piston, the jug might clean up.
Unfortunately it has the old style filter set up.

Is the carb the same as a standard 044? What's the old style filter setup look like? I have one like this...

That looks like a decent saw you got there. Not to beat a dead horse, but I would truly be interested in buying whatever you don't end up using. That's the last I'll say about it.
As for the filter, I like the K&N on the other saw.

It's extremely clean and low hour.

I have a cylinder. It an angled fin Mahle I was saving, but I found another one, so PM me if you need it.
