Hey ya'll,
My brother bought a TimberWolf Splitter TW-P1 about 1 1/2 years ago... He had brought it back when it was within warranty to have a hydraulic leak repaired. He wants to bring it back for them to repair it but if it's just a couple easy o-rings, I can do that.
On top of the hydraulic tank there is a fist size adapter that I believe houses the hydraulic filter. There are two allen bolts retaining this adapter. It is leaking from between the hydraulic tank and adapter. Is this sealed with just o-rings or a "special gasket" . Yup, and the allen bolts are tight. I want to know what I am in for before I unbolt it... Thanks!
