Sold some wood this year and one customer asked how cedar would burn I told him fast and asked why he said he had some that he wanted to cut down.I asked if he would be interested in trading a load firewood for a load of cedar logs.He said great then I won't even have to start a saw and get more wood and get the cedars cut down.Everybody wins.
So the next weekend we could find time my SIL Jim and I went over and cut this load of cedar logs.:chainsawguy:

Nice score Kerry! Ive got a few Cedars that I plan on milling in the spring or early summer. Maybe you and Ian would like to come over and join in on the fun?

those are nice logs. I cut some big cedars this year 24" + and took them up to a buddy of mine up north. He has a big bandmill and is going to use them for closets. He was extatic when he saw how big they were. Cedar is nice stuff.
