I just got a new classic stove and am looking for creative ideas for getting the lines in. Should I just dig below the footing and try and bust out a hole in the slab and bring it up. Labour intensive and don’t know about bending the lines to come up. Come through at a angle in the bottom block just above the slab and put insulated little hut on out side of house. I have the thermo pex lines.

That is exactly what I did, I feel it was worth the time spent. I had considered boxing it in on the outside of the house but just couldn't do it.
ETA: I had a rope around the pex, a friend inside pulling as I was feeding.

I have 5' thermo pex encased in a 12" tile with heat resistant spray foam surrounding it so I didn't have to bust through the concrete. I went through my sidewall on ground level. I lose 1-2 degrees on a 100' run from boiler to inside the house.
