finally got my polaris 425 magnum,4 wheel drive working just now,may need few new chains and the electic drivers side locker fixed,but shes pulling at least 3 wheels now......

Make sure it's not the CV joint that connects to the front differential. Back when we had our sportsman 300 the wife's nephew came over for a visit and damaged it somehow (I wasn't there to see what happened). I didn't realize it until I needed the AWD and flipped the switch. Imagine my surprise when only 3 wheels turned!

thank you! yes they both cv axels are in need of change along with tie rod ends,! that could be it also,and its been sitting not run for years,so things are little rough,maybe i get bugs worked out soon.
