I worked on it too late last night and too long today my step son is more puter savy than I.
He will be here tomorrow, so hopefully I can get it up then. I installed the software and drivers says ready for use but it does not recognize it when I plug in usb I have learned a lot in the process but man I have to hunt and get my job done. The sound actually is on the clip but I will have to edit some of my language lol but now the neighborhood they are taking over and it is mine
friggin illegals suck.

Cool may be a few days I have worked two days on one job but it is a very tricky tree and of as you know I am slow climber lol

Ok I know I have been very busy and am still trying to figure out how to repair what ever it is causing the problem of my puter not recognizing my vid cam I will keep trying then I guess I have to get photo bucket right?

yes but I tried to change settings for xp still nothing and would it be on the memory card all it showed were deer pictures which I deleted
Some older cameras will not work on vista (my older sony wount). If it sees pictures then it should see the video, if its video. But it will be stored in a different folder on the camera then pictures
Yep confirmed jvc digital model number gr-d72u not compatible with Vista, may work in a memory card reader but I am not sure on that.

In the meantime...I watched three Portuguese landscrapers topping the crap out of some trees by the road on Friday, Tony up in the tree, no rope, one handing his 200t while holding on with the other, Joe and Frank out in the road, no cones, no hiviz, catching the branches...granted he was only up about 10-15'...but this is what I compete against when they charge $35-45 an hour and I charge $65!
