Your brother just won the lottery and said that you need to give him the specs, tools and features of a custom built chainsaw shop. What would be on that list?
  1. Be made out of logs with a covered overhang (since it rains here)
  2. Wood stove in the corner
  3. Full basement so the first floor looks clean
  4. Silvey Pro Sharp Chisel Grinder
  5. Computer with internet so I can post photos for all the jelous members on Arboristsite
  6. Ultrasonic parts cleaner
  7. Video Cam to hook to the computer for demo videos
  8. A roll of the following Stihl Chisel Chain: Full Comp, semi and full skip
  9. $25,000 in a checking account for good deals . . .
  10. Diesel Truck
  11. Dump trailer
  12. Huge Log in Front set up on blocks to test my saws on.

I am sure many of you have much better ideas than I do. Since it is the season, there is nothing wrong with putting together the perfect list ;)

Yes, A Chainsaw Shop/HOOTERS would be my vote...........

Do you still contribute to the local "folk" dancing establishments?

Well my BRO measurements as an old man would qualify me for the initial interview with Hooters, but I am sure they have other filters to screen their personell.......

The other Folk dancers around here are about wiped out due to turf wars.......

I didn't realize that there were "colors" in the Amish community, and the wrong colored black socks in the wrong diner could get you killed!!!!

Heck, I am color blind!!!!!

Their drive-bys are not that exciting though, their horses normally leave a trail of poop back to their hideout......

If I hit the lotto I'd be done with the OPE industry!
Or for fun I may open a STIHL only shop with all the employees up front being good looking women in tight clothing.

Forgot the sawmill

LT15 Portable Sawmill Wood Mizer

Separate wood shed

Kubota BX26 Tractor

Wow the imagination can go . . .

See: Superior Saw, in Mason MI.

They heat with wood that is cut/split/seasoned on-site using demo models of the wood stoves they sell (they are set up to have a half-dozen stoves hooked up and demo-able at any one time), they have classic saws hanging from the ceiling, and the have a bandsaw mill out back. Very nice shop.
