oil supply tube

I have a Stilh 028AV chainsaw that I have replaced the stripped spur gear as well as the whole oiling mechanism/pump and no oil is being pumped out of the tubes. I feel like they are plugged or the oil strainer may be plugged as well. I am looking for an illustrated repair manual on the internet can you help me? Any information would be greatly appreciated.

The oil vent might be stuck. A common problem with the 28s. You can see it on outsice of case, right above the guide bar studs.no need to change it.just poke it with a sm. wood screww or something larger than a needle. & see what happens.Or some times you can empty out the oil, & add fuel into it & it will unclog it.
