Finally after close to 2 years she is done

I put new crank bearings in this 064 about 2 years ago.
Besides me being lazy, death in the family and other projects.
I just never seemed to get back to it, well today was the day.
I have been holding back my better 064 parts for this old girl.
She also got new OEM PC kit, BING carb, non-limit coil, new type
bar studs, DP cover, all new starter parts, deep clutch
cover, bucking spikes and 066 clear tank. Had to help Wife
with a few things this afternoon so it will be tomorrow
before she (064) see's any wood.

Thats a good looking saw. I have never ran on 064. Have ran alot of the bigger saws made, but not that one.

Thats a sweet looking saw! I got one put together not too long ago and it is my favorite saw ow w/ a 25" b&c. Hope it cuts good for you when you run it.

I really have a soft spot for 064's, 4 of them in the shed now :blush:

One was bought out side of US, It had a factory exhaust pipe on muffler with
no screen. After I put a new PC kit on it muffler was to short, this was
before I knew you could buy the muffler spacer (flange). I sold muffler
on ebay and have been kicking myself for it. It is the only one I have
ever seen like it.

Both 066 and 660 tank will work, but late model 066 and 660 tanks
will be a little wider than your top cover.


I also used a 13 roller rod bearing out of 066, not the poly FW crank
