It's time to expand my chainsaw arsenal :msp_thumbsup: I have a stihl 361C but that's not enough lol. I'm positive a 660 will make my list but I'm not sure beyond that. Some prior knowledge on husqy's and j-red's is what I'm after. 3 very respectable saws I would like to own.

Dont even consider a 660, get a 395xp husky. Trust me on this one:msp_smile: Also a ms261 is a great saw to have.

Vibration, Vibration, Vibration...

Broken /cracked mufflers and brackets...

Stipped out holes on the front of the crancase where the muffler bracket attaches...

Stripped out bark spike bolt holes....

Stipped out top cover screws...

Worn out air filter cover snap clips...

Broken tank mounts...

Stripped out tank mounts...

More will come to me I am sure....

And all of these complaints are from vibration...

1. 044
2. 066
3. 028
4. 361
5. Poulan wild thing

Like it! Nice old school, mostly. All but one of my Stihls have the 0 in front (except for my ported MS660). Why the 361 instead of the 036? Saw all those zeros and wondered. :)

I actually like the 026 over the 028, unless we're talking 028 Super.

And where's your 100+cc offering? Plenty of great possibilities from Stihl, Husqvarna and Jonsered. And, well, if you want to get REAL old school, Homelite and Mac and a few others!

All those stripped out from vibration? Sounds kinda iffy but ok.
