bummer

Just read the post on AULRO.

Hopefully an Ashcroft ATB is going in the t/case soon alongside some maxi drive lower low range gears.
Have a Kaiser locker going in the rear.

Giving the old girl a bit of a birthday before a Simpson/Alice trip at the end of August.

Off to visit mum !

It's just a torsen torque biasing centre like the atb so you don't know it's there really. I'm keen on an atb for the centre diff I think it would reduce centre diff backlash a lot. What's with the reduction gears standard gearing is pretty low but I was keen in an under drive but there just too dear

Yep, realise how it works and the reduced backlash is the reason I'm fitting it in place of the centre diff.
My thrusts washers will be non existent anyway....

The Kaiser works really well with an auto, had a good chart to Dave Ashcoft about it as they fired one to their workshop 90, but with a manual 110 they clunk a lot, yet in a 2WD they are transparent....

Serg had the bright idea it may be because of all the drive line slop with a manual so I'm trying too reduced it all before fitting the rear one.
Oil spec is critical too as it uses rollers to lock like a sprag clutch.

Done deal Matty 2,,,, foxes here as well, but a fair few dingoes are my concern.
Our little farm is only small, hardly worth your effort coming up. If your keen I could arrange a weekend doging up on the tablelands. He would welcome us as he is having dingo trouble with sheep as we speek.

I think the trutrac did help the back lash a bit in the ute but the wagons auto so smooth as ever. What oil should I be useing with the trutrac its got 90/140 at the moment I run it in everything except the r380

Are they dingos or just wild dogs? Plenty of wild dog attacks on sheep on the cooma monaro so much so a lot of farmers are giving sheep the swerve split posts right about alpacas ect protecting sheep from foxes but there no match for a dog
