Brand new 044/440 to buy or not to buy

I'll give the saw a going over when I get it in the shop. As for the used parts, there's only the coil that would ever cause me any worry, so I could always swap it out for a new one if need be

Well, theoretically the wiring harness could be from 1988 (and the coil) - but at the price I would take the chance anyway!

Do you know if there are any differences in an 044 coil and loom compared to the 440? Any limiters?
