084 What the Heck!?!?!

It doesnt seem all that long ago that Stihl was making these things and there are no parts to be had. Im going out on a limb here but I am in pretty bad need of an oil pump which is aparently just this side of the holy grail. Anybody have one to sell please contact me. If anybody has sent one to a machinist to have it rebuilt please send me their contact info. If anyone would like to join in with me on a novena to stihl for parts I'll post it up later.

John are you sure the problem is the pump ? The plastic drive gears are more apt to be the issue, troubleshoot the complete system as it could be as simple as a blockage in the supply line. Also some 088 parts will cross over. Good Luck ! Oh Welcome to AS Ken
