Thanks, do you guys raise them like on the 372 or just match them to the case and call it good?
 
Are you running a base gasket, gasketless, machining the base? Do your readings after any of these. Use the base gasket as a template to match your lowers. You'll see quite a mismatch. Match your inlet with the exhaust. Run it. If it's too peaky for your liking, raise the uppers a tad at a time till you like the torque/power that suits your wood/bar/chain.
 
running it gasketless, no machine work on this one. Im wondering about the lower transfers, do you guys raise them up to the divider like the 372s or leave them stock on the 365?

Your call! Some do, some don't. Personally I'd start without raising the lowers on a 365.

Start with the basics and go from there.

You'll learn more from your own experiences than what you will from us twats!
 
Thanks for the advice, ive done a few 372s Just wasnt sure if the 365 responds the same or if the smaller bore and transfers change the porting alot.
