Mine has a tapped 4mm hole/screw which simply holds it in place when the cover is removed.
Yes.
Although I originally read his post differently.

I believe there is supposed to be a small screw that holds it in place while the bar nuts are removed. Not certain if they all had the hole or not

Not all have the hole but they are easy to drill and tap

I was about to rip out the seal and sleeve and use all OEM because I could not get it to pass pressure test.
Then I relaized the piece of wood I was using to block the muffler had warped and was allowing air to escape.
I put a piece of inner tube behind the muffler and now it passes pressure and vaccume test!
