The rod is wider on the 046 so you have to open the pin bosses in the piston also.

I just had one done to fit in my dads 046

This is an 046 with the nwp 066 big bore, 56 mm. Jug fits and bolts down with no modification, no piston was installed, could only get three bolts in the muffler.
I am not saying I would try to run this setup, because I wouldn't. I just wanted to see if it would fit physically.
An 066 intake boot would be needed, minor trimming of the top plastic, which you wouldn't see once put together, longer plug wire, and you have to run the 046 muffler.
If the 066 BB fits I would assume an 064 jug would fit.

If I get time tomorrow I'm gonna see how the 64 jug fits up on the 046, get some squish and port timing numbers

I've laid some oak limbs on a few electrical poles & lines before at my hunting lease. My cousin fixed it by shooting the limbs off the electrical lines with his shotgun.

If you get poles with enough kreasote you don't even need to run bar oil

I believe it will bolt on with just a few mods. Kind of like the 440 hybrid. Mod the case bolts and maybe a bit of clearance work but it should go. I know nmurph can t ell you exactly what it takes.
