Just my two bits, I'd get a backup front buffer in the a/m rubber style. The 361's used the same thing and those buffers will disappear? disintegrate? in a heartbeat from what I've seen.

Yeah , I needed a throttle cable for my first one and discovered my local shop was consistently cheaper than ebay on all new parts.

Fire hose? I've done the same, 3" works the best...the best stuff to use is the Angus(rubber outer liner.)

I've always noticed the same. I think it has something to do with Stihl's rules for selling stuff. I think all Stihl stuff has to be sold in store...so the guys selling stuff online aren't actually dealers, they're just reselling something that they paid full price for. Don't quote it as gospel, but I'm fairly certain that's the story on most online Stihl parts. Even some of the larger online saw parts retailers(Sawagain, Baileys, etc) are all more expensive than my local dealer.
