661c What’s this?

Picked up a used MS661c and was wondering what the deal with this is? The round foamy/rubber thing sticking out? Quite sure it doesn’t belong there..

Maybe it’s normal? Kinda looks like it belongs there? Just seems odd anyone else with a 661 that can confirm this?

Looks like the foam buffer #3 in lower picture. Isn't there one along the top.cover mount too?

Guess she’s broke them doesn’t really look it when I look at it but it is missing the round cup piece

So took it apart and found that it wasn’t completely broken off but rather a chunk was missing. So I’m guessing what happened since the top cover was cracked and under that a fin was cracked off the cylinder that a limb or something heavy came down and hit the top of the saw cracking the plastic cover and bending the handlebar slightly at the same time the pressure from the handlebar being pushed down broke that ear off of the cup that holds the end of the antivibe setup. Anyways I ended up putting a sleeve inside the cup the inside diameter and it’s good to go again. Thanks for the replies I appreciate it!
