Looking for a saw in the 70cc to 80cc range. Looking for something along the lines of a Dolmar 7900, Husqvarna 390xp, 385xp, 372xp or similiar, and would really like a ported saw, especially a 372 or 7900. Missed a few on here lately. Would like to be set up with a cap of $500ish, powerhead and bar. So $400 ish pho shipped is around my max. Would budge a little for heated handle.

Top 2 choices would be ported 372xp or ported 7900.

Thanks everybody

Welcome to AS derrek.
I don't have anything in that price range right now, sorry.
But someone may have something come up soon.
Good luck with your search:).

Mike Lee is the only one around here who sells ported saws for non-ported saw prices. A ported 7900 or 372xp is typically $7-800 plus shipping.

I will sell you a decent condition stock 2165 for $400 plus shipping. For an extra $50 I will throw in a 372xp cylinder. Then you can save up the $300 plus shipping and have it ported later.

The 2165 isn't perfect but it's a good running saw. It's on a 2172 case if I remember right. I've got about 6 more bottom ends from the 365/2165/372/2172 family laying around. The ported cylinder I think is the one with a couple fins broken on top. I've got a pile of them but that's the first one I slapped together and ported.

Does it have the x-torque carb, Mike?
