If we are talking true 70cc class, the 372xp makes a good run for the name.
I prefer an 044 personally, but in most ways I think the 372xp is overall the better saw

Stihl 044 for the win, may not be the fastest saw in stock form but I have cut entire years/seasons without having it in the shop for repairs, no lost screws or mufflers falling off....LOL

Personally I have to go with the pre mtronic 441 as it gets ran everyday for 4 hours min since 2007 step dad dropped it out of tree from 30 feet on only broke the handle and I have abused the crap out of the saw and it won’t break but same with the 460

All those new school RPMs add nothing useful if they don't have the ass.....err I mean torque, to go with em'

I voted old 372... I would have voted for the 440 but I hate having to clean the filter all the time and the 372 is just so damn smooth.. If I was falling only it would be a 460 then 440 then 372 but I'm not
